Gorilla Gaming provides a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering all defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty ensures that your investment is protected against structural or manufacturing errors under normal use conditions.

• Cabinet-Grade Plywood: Unlike mass-market competitors that utilize cheap MDF or 5-ply materials, every Gorilla Gaming core is built entirely of 13-ply cabinet-grade birch plywood for maximum warp resistance and lifetime stability.
• Bolted T-Nut Construction: We utilize a precision-engineered bolted T-nut system to ensure your table remains monolithic and wobble-free through years of heavy home or commercial use.
• High-Density Dual-Layer Foam: Our tables feature premium fill that delivers supple comfort for marathon sessions without ever sagging or losing its shape.
Build Times and Delivery
Standard build times for custom orders are estimated at 8 to 10 weeks. Please note that these timeframes are professional estimates based on current production cycles and are not guaranteed delivery dates. To maintain the integrity of our guarantee during transit, all tables ship via freight with curbside delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon arrival and notifying the carrier of any visible damage before signing for the delivery.
Maintaining Your Guarantee
To preserve the quality and finish of your table, we recommend following our standard care instructions.
• Upholstery: Premium vinyl rails should be wiped clean with mild soap and water only.
• Avoid Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can degrade the material and void the finish guarantee.
• Felt Care: Our custom gaming felts are water and stain-resistant. Spills should be spot-cleaned immediately with a damp cloth to prevent permanent marking.
