Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the Gorilla Gaming website. By accessing or using our services at https://gorillagaming.net, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy. These terms govern all purchases, including our custom poker tables, chairs, felts, and accessories. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility and Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or place an order. Gorilla Gaming is a US-based design-and-build shop manufacturing professional-grade gaming equipment. Users are expected to provide accurate personal and billing information when creating an account or placing an order.

Custom Orders and the 3D Builder

We offer virtually unlimited customization through our interactive 3D Builder.

Design Accuracy: While our customizer provides a high-quality visual representation, colors and textures on screen may vary slightly from physical materials due to monitor settings and lighting.
Construction Standards: Every custom table is built from scratch in the USA using 13-ply cabinet-grade birch plywood and bolted T-nut construction for lifetime stability. We never use MDF in our table cores.

Custom Felt Approval Process

For orders involving custom-designed felts (via the “Have Us Design Your Felt” or “Upload Your Design” options):

Design Questionnaire: Customers must complete a design brief providing specific details, logos, and inspiration.
Proof Approval: We will provide a digital print proof for your review. Production will not begin until you provide written approval of this proof.
Liability: Gorilla Gaming is not responsible for errors in dimensions or design elements once a proof has been signed off by the customer.

Production Timelines

Standard Build Time: Custom table orders typically require 8 to 10 weeks for production.
Expedited Production: You may choose to cut the standard lead time in half for an additional fee equivalent to 20% of the table cost.
Fast Ship Tables: Pre-built models are available with limited options and typically ship within 2 to 5 business days.
Estimates: All stated build times are professional estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping and Delivery

Freight Shipping: Tables ship via freight with curbside delivery.
Residential Fees: Deliveries to residential addresses default to a $75 liftgate service fee unless the customer has adequate personnel to unload the shipment manually.
Inspection Requirement: Customers are required to inspect the shipment upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork before signing to maintain eligibility for shipping claims.
White Glove Service: Inside delivery, unboxing, and full assembly are available for an additional fee upon request.
Standard Shipping: Smaller items, such as felts and accessories, ship via UPS.

Payments and Financing

Payment is required in full at the time of order through major credit cards or PayPal. Financing options may be available through third-party partners for qualified buyers.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Gorilla Gaming provides a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering all defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from harsh chemicals, or misuse.

Intellectual Property

By uploading logos or designs for custom printing, you represent that you own the rights to such imagery or have obtained the necessary licenses. Gorilla Gaming reserves the right to refuse designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property.
